SEEKING MODELS FOR 2010 FIGURE DRAWING & PAINTING CLASSES

It is that time again. I am seeking several live figure models, male & female, age 14 and up, to model, fully clothed, for my Figure Drawing and Painting Classes on the following days. Must be able to hold still for long periods of time. Dancing or performing experience a bonus, but not completely necessary. Will pay per 3 hour session. This is an announcement that both the SPRING FIGURE DRAWING WORKSHOPS for Middle School age and up is FULL and the SPRING FIGURE/PORTRAIT PAINTING WORKSHOP for High School age thru Adult is also FULL. It is time for Annual 6 Week Workshops again with Rose Datoc Dall,

The following are the prospective dates for the classes and the fees involved.

FIGURE DRAWING WORKSHOP

for Middle School Age Students, (age 11-13)

MAY 7 thru JUNE 11 on Fri. afternoons, 4 - 7 pm.

FIGURE/PORTRAIT "ALLA PRIMA" PAINTING WORKSHOP

for High School Age Students thru Adults

(age 14 and up)

MAY 8 thru JUNE 12 on Sat. afternoons, 2 - 5 pm.

TUITION is $190 for either class

MODEL FEE is $30 (non-refundable deposit)

MATERIALS FEE vary if ordered through me

(or may be procured independently by student)

Friday Figure Drawing class: can you believe that these are middle school students?

Aliya Qureshi is age 12 and has never taken an art class before.

It is fun to see your student have "aha!" moments, and I think McKaeln was having one of those.

It is fun to Have Miri Case, age 11, in my class again. I had her back in 2004 during Art Camp. Miri is also loving working on classical drawing with highlights.

My Figure Drawing Workshop Begins! April 17 & 18th, 2009

Below are some highlights from Day 1 of my Figure Drawing Workshops which began on April 17th & 18th, 2009. My Friday class consisted of middle schoolers and my Saturday class, high schoolers through adult.
